Being an engineer, I am fascinated by the way things move through air or water. With this piece, I wanted to explore the essence of hydrodynamics through the shape of the shell and flippers but I also wanted to convey a sense of exploration and maturity. We go through life, picking up the scars and talismans of our experiences… and we bear them forever onward.
